    We capture the requirements in detail and agree exactly what success looks like.

  3. Design

    Architecture and detailed design, signed off before the build starts.

  4. Implementation

    Build, integration and testing against the agreed design — to budget and to timescale.

  5. Production support

    Go-live support and ongoing maintenance once the system is in production.

  6. Training

    Corporate and end-user training so your own team owns the system after we hand over.

  • How do you price a project?

    Every engagement is scoped individually. We start with a feasibility report that sets out the work, the budget and the timescale, then deliver against an agreed fixed scope — no surprises mid-project.

  • Can you take on the whole project, or just part of it?

    Either. We can run a project end to end, from concept to commissioning, or drop experienced people into your existing team for a specific phase — analysis, development, DBA, project or change management.

  • What technologies do you work with?

    Any. We programme in any language and cover databases, networking and security, SAP, CRM, web, disaster recovery and quantitative financial systems. If it's IT, it's in scope.

  • Do you provide people as well as projects?

    Yes. Alongside fully-managed projects we supply experienced consultants — analysts, developers, DBAs, SAP and quant specialists, and project and change managers — to work as part of your team.

  • What happens after go-live?

    Production support, maintenance and training are part of how we deliver. We can fold them into the project or run them as a standalone arrangement once the system is live.
